I'm sort of in a bind right now. I can't really get into all the details of everything that's been going on lately, but right now I'm in need of a Phoenix bankruptcy lawyer. To make a long story short, it involves that second property I bought. Trying to keep it is causing all sorts of problems. I had really high hopes and big plans for that place. I was going to try and turn it into a second business. I wanted to renovate it and eventually turn it into a bed and breakfast. I didn't anticipate all the hidden damages. I burned through nearly all of my savings to try and remedy the problems. On top of it, my manager has been assigning fewer projects. I figured I could at least count on my work, but I really can't. The rumor around the office is that the manager has been very seriously considering downsizing. I didn't anticipate that at all. I thought about this long and hard and this is the best solution I could come up with right now. I talked it over with my family and a couple of friends. One of my close friends actually went through a bankruptcy so she was a huge help. She was able to give me a bunch of pointers. I'm really hoping I find a good lawyer soon. This is definitely not something I want to handle on my own.
