HAPPY ON VACATION

I was happy to be on vacation, to be in Cleveland.  I hadn't had any time off for years.  I was looking forward to seeing the Cleveland Cavaliersin the playoffs.  It was going to be a great time.  Jim and Sue ended up coming with us, and we were happy about that.  Jim is in my diabetes support group, and we have become even better friends.  He wanted to see The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and so did I.   There was also this World War II submarine that we wanted to see. We got there on time, on Southwest, and went to our hotel.  We were planning to see Tara's sister and brother for dinner a little later.  Both Tara's parents are gone, and her brother and sister are the only ones left.  We met them down in Independence, as that is close to where they live.  Tara hadn't seen either of them in years.  Sara and Tim were doing well.  They didn't look much different than years ago.  Tim was a bit grayer, but had actually lost weight.  Sara looked the same.  She never changes.  We went to a quiet steak house and had a nice dinner.
