My daughter came to visit after she got off work yesterday, and ended up spending the night.  She does that a lot, and I am glad to have her.  We usually end up going out shopping, which in reality means we are going out looking.  We are really very thifty when we shop.  We like to go to second hand stores and see if we can find great bargains.  We especially like to look for antiques.  The other day, though, she found a ClevelandCavaliers sweatshirt that she bought for her boyfriend.  We find all kinds of furniture and household things, but mostly it’s not salvageable.  When we do find something, I usually take it home and re-work it so that I can either sell it on my website, or sometimes I am looking to replace something in my home.  I have developed a knack for re-working old furniture or just creating something out of nothing, so to speak.  I love crafts and my daughter is really good at it, too.  She used to go with her Aunt, who is actually the whiz at arts and crafts.  She has a really nice workshop in the basement of her home that something to see.
